On Saturday the Nortons, Nortons, Nelsons, Pierces and Prices all went to the Honolulu zoo. It was such a fun day to just wake up and go. We all packed in two cars and headed down for the hour ride. It was such a nice sunny day with a breeze. This was Elizabeth's first time facing forward in her pack. She loved eating it.
The flamingos are the first thing you see when you get inside. One good thing about this zoo is that the animals are so close.
Taylor helped baby E get the sun out of her face...
Aaron is not handicap but he did hurt his ankle pretty bad before so someone came up with the brilliant idea to get a wheelchair. Almost everyone got a ride on it. "You feel so refreshed when you get off of it" said Natalie. J seems really happy to take this picture!!!

There are many more animals there of course but we didn't take pictures of them all. After being at the zoo for a few hours, we all walked to the cheesecake factory for some grub. Everyone was so tired of waiting to eat.
The food was delicious for some of us and this was such a perfect end to an awesome day. It is so great to have such fun friends to hang out with day after day. I love you guys...

these are the times i am sad that youg guys all live there and i am stuck here...haha...well, not stuck, but kinda...
oh what a fun saturday. we need to do more excursions instead of just beach saturday...!!
ohhhh cute pictures! That is so much fun. When we lived in Hawaii, i had a love/hate relationship witht the zoo. I loved it because I am an avid animal lover, but I always got so stinkin hot and tired of toting around the crazy kids. You guys rock!
