9 months

Elizabeth, it is so crazy that 9 months ago today I met you for the first time. My labor was pretty good. I was pleasant the whole time. It was only the last 2 hours which wasn't that great but then you came and made it better.

Your dad was resting because there was nothing else to do

And after 11 hrs of being at the hospital you came at 6:06 a.m. weighing 7 lbs 14 ounces. (not to be confused with the 14lbs 7 ounces text message dad sent to everyone) 

started screaming right from the start

You were jaundice because our blood types are different so 2 days after you were born we had to go back to the hospital and put you under the lights. It made daddy cry...

we really thought that you were going to be a chubby baby because both of us were but you have remained small and precious.

Because you were born during christmas time the nurses gave you a stocking to sit in

your favorite position to take naps in. But during the night you preferred your belly against doctors orders

you had no hair!!! man it has taken you a long time to grow hair. which I don't understand because both of your parents are two hairy humans.
